Recycling of Used Solar Panels and Batteries

Our company specializes in the collection, sorting and processing of used solar panels and batteries, as well as the sale of secondary raw materials recovered during these processes. Our goal is to support sustainable resource management and the circular economy through our activities.

A used battery is not waste – it is a resource for tomorrow

Our company collects, sorts and processes used solar panels and batteries.
The secondary raw materials recovered during the process are sold to our industrial partners.

USED SOLAR PANEL RECYCLING

We collect, sort and process used or damaged solar panels using specialized recycling technologies.

USED BATTERY RECYCLING

We collect, sort and process used or damaged batteries, including portable batteries.

SALE OF SECONDARY RAW MATERIALS

We supply our partners with reusable secondary raw materials recovered through our processing technologies.

5,000 tonnes of used solar panel processing capacity per year

95% recycling efficiency

3,000 tonnes of used battery processing capacity per year

85% recycling efficiency

7,300 tonnes of recoverable valuable raw materials per year

Our technologies represent the highest level currently available on the market.

Our innovative technologies

With our Solar ASCA 2.0 technology, we are able to process 5,000 tonnes of used solar panels per year with a 95% recycling efficiency. From used solar panels, we recover valuable and reusable materials such as glass, copper, aluminium, silver and silicon.

With our Battery ALCZ 2.0 technology, we are able to process 3,000 tonnes of used batteries and portable batteries per year with an 85–90% recycling efficiency. From used batteries and accumulators, we recover valuable and reusable materials such as iron, graphite powder, manganese and zinc.

Our role in the circular economy

  1. Our company enters the process when a product becomes waste, starting with the collection of the waste materials.
  2. Following collection, the waste is transferred to our sorting facility, where the materials are separated according to their physical and chemical properties.
  3. After sorting, the batteries are processed using the appropriate technological process based on their chemical properties.
  4. The secondary raw materials recovered through our processing technologies are sold to our industrial partners.
  5. We also provide specialized transportation of the recovered secondary raw materials to our partners.
